Ernesto has been involved in the commercial real estate business since 1977. He is a Texas licensed real estate broker since 1981, a Certified Commercial Investments Member (CCIM) since 1984, a Certified Public Accountant, and has a Master in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

His bicultural and bi-national education, financial background and his international business relationships have been a plus in his 30+ years of experience in commercial industrial real estate investments, on both sides of the U.S.A. and Mexico border. Ernesto has sustained a close business relationship with RJL since its founding in 1996.

Before joining RJL, he founded ERMOR Investments, Inc. in 1981. From 1977-1981 he was Chief Financial Officer of Bermudez Group in Ciudad Juárez, México. He was a Founder/Shareholder of EDM International, a Maquiladora and data processing company and a GE Capital subsidiary based in Ciudad Juárez, México since 1998.
