In the real estate business since 1971, John possesses the experience and professionalism for which RJL is known. John joined the RJL team in 1996. He was previously the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Governmental Affairs with El Paso Refinery, Inc. John's role as President at Sierra Distributors and The Folmer Company, Inc. clearly demonstrates his qualifications and proficiency in business. John's community involvement rounds out his experience to include past positions as Chairman of the City Planning Commission, Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Chairman of the Tourist & Convention Board, Board Member Bank of Ysleta, President and Chairman for the Sun Bowl Football Game, President and member of the Board of Directors of Sun Carnival Association and past President of the UTEP Eldorados.
