Leo has been involved in the commercial real estate business since 1986 and is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and New Mexico. Leo holds an undergraduate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Leo’s primary focus is working with national/regional retailers, restaurants and developers in El Paso, West Texas and Southern New Mexico. He has been an active member in ICSC for 23 years and has previously served on the program committee for the Texas Idea Exchange.
