Leo has been involved in the commercial real estate business since 1986 and is a licensed real estate broker in both Texas and New Mexico. Leo holds an undergraduate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Leo’s primary focus is working with national/regional retailers, restaurants and developers in El Paso, West Texas and Southern New Mexico. He has been an active member in ICSC for 26 years.
